Hi, I’m Aaryn!
It only took one class for me to fall in love with Pilates. After a car accident, years spent behind a desk, and wobbly knees from competitive cheerleading, I discovered that Pilates helped me build strength (in the often overlooked muscles) and connect to my body in a way I hadn’t before.
I pursued teacher training to better understand and improve my own practice; but It didn’t take long to realize I wanted to share my passion for Pilates with others. After a little over a year, I successfully completed my 500+ hour Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body.
Creating a safe space for people to explore the method is very important to me. The hope is that I can leave people better than I found em’ ❤️
